UV-Cured CIPP

UV-cured CIPP sewer lining without unnecessary excavation.

A trenchless repair method for suitable sewer and drain pipes where a structural liner can be installed inside the existing pipe and cured using UV equipment.

What it is

A new pipe inside the old pipe.

Cured-in-place pipe lining can rehabilitate cracked, root-infiltrated or deteriorated pipe without open trench excavation when the existing pipe is still suitable for lining.

NorthForge is building around a UV-first model because it supports professional cure control, job documentation and premium positioning.

Good candidates may include:

  • Cracked clay or cast iron sewer laterals
  • Root intrusion at joints or cracks
  • Localized deterioration with enough structure remaining
  • Older drain lines where excavation is disruptive
  • Commercial or multi-residential drains needing documented planning
Suitability matters

UV is powerful, but it is not magic.

The best equipment still depends on proper inspection, cleaning, measurements, liner selection and installer discipline.
