The NorthForge standard

Built for jobs where excavation is expensive, disruptive or avoidable.

A failed sewer line does not automatically mean tearing up a yard, driveway, basement floor or commercial access area. NorthForge starts with camera evidence, explains the actual condition of the pipe, and recommends the right repair path.

No pressure repair logic

Line it when it is suitable. Do not force it when it is not.

UV-cured CIPP is a premium trenchless option for suitable pipes. Collapsed, severely offset, ovalized or inaccessible lines may require a different solution. That honesty protects the customer and the company.

Process

Camera first. Scope second. Repair third.

NorthForge is designed around documented, repeatable work. That means seeing the pipe before making promises and leaving the customer with a clear record of what was found and what was done.

Inspect and locate

Camera inspection, defect identification, pipe material review, access check and location/depth notes where practical.

Prepare the pipe

Cleaning, jetting or descaling may be required to expose the pipe wall and confirm whether lining is appropriate.

Install only when suitable

UV CIPP, spot repair or alternate/future partner solution is recommended based on actual pipe condition.

Document the closeout

Before/after footage and a clean repair record support homeowners, property managers, realtors and insurers.
